Sarah is currently only seeing self pay clients, or clients with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, or Optum insurance (which includes Harvard Pilgrim, Allways Health Partners, United HealthCare, and United Behavioral Health).

Sarah believes that the relationship between the client and therapist is paramount for healing.  She uses a variety of therapeutic approaches to collaborate with her clients as they heal and create the changes they wish to see. These approaches include person centered, cognitive behavioral, internal family systems, and trauma informed therapies. Clients often describe Sarah as compassionate, insightful, and relatable.

Sarah earned a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a Specialization in Trauma from Lesley University. She comes to Mass Bay with a decade of experience across settings, most recently as The Director of Clinical Supervision at a safe house for survivors of human trafficking. In each of her roles, Sarah has counted it a true privilege to walk alongside her clients in their healing journeys.
