Jessie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Jessie works with individuals, couples, and families and believes that therapy is most successful when treatment includes consideration of a person within their social and cultural context. Jessie is passionate about working with the LGBTQ population and has experience working with gender dysphoria and related gender identity issues. For Jessie, therapy is a collaborative effort in which the therapist empowers, supports growth, and facilitates changes which equip clients to live their most authentic and meaningful life. With this foundation, Jessie utilizes strengths-based therapies to help clients live the change they wish to see in their lives.
Jessie comes to Mass Bay with experience working in multiple settings, including Day Services, Partial Hospital Treatment, Outpatient Home-Based Services, and CBHI services. Jessie has spent the last two years working as an In-Home Therapist with children, adolescents and their families as well provided in-school therapy to elementary aged children. In all positions, Jessie has been dedicated to creating a space in which clients feel accepted, valued and understood.
