Jessica strives to provide clients with a space where they can feel comfortable, understood, and safe in order to face and overcome difficult challenges.  She has experience with depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, chronic illness, trauma, parent/child relationship issues, and stress management.  She has a passion for working with those parents experiencing perinatal mental health concerns and will soon be completing the requirements for the Perinatal Mental Health Certification Program through Postpartum Support International.

Jessica takes a non-judgmental approach and is described by her clients as warm, compassionate, and authentic.  She enjoys using techniques from a variety of modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, play therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing.

Jessica is passionate about being client-centered and will tailor counseling to meet individual’s needs.  She is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a Masters in Social Work from Boston College that has provided therapy in a variety of settings, including medical, military, office, and home based.
