Ayala strongly believes that each person is the expert of their own lives, meeting clients where they are and assisting them in exploring and accomplishing the goals they have for themselves.  She works hard to create a safe, positive, and non-judgmental environment, welcoming feedback and collaboration with the clients she works with.  She has an outgoing and optimistic personality that helps her create strong and supportive relationships with her clients.

Ayala’s approach to therapy is always client focused, and she uses several therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused and Strength-Based therapies.  No matter the approach, Ayala will work with her clients to identify areas of their lives that they want to see growth, and help them find ways to use tools and strategies to create that positive change.

Ayala has a Master’s Degree in Social Work and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker.  She has worked in multiple settings, including private practice, social service agencies, and school systems, as well as with a wide range of clients.  She especially enjoys working with couples on relationship dynamics, as well as teenagers entering young adulthood.
